Law-enforcement and judicial requests
Lawful requests under a Lithuanian court order, prosecutor's decision or a decision of a competent authority concerning the identification of Everfair wallet owners should be sent to info@rozero.digital or in writing to the registered address. The request must state the legal basis and the scope of information requested.
For foreign law-enforcement agencies
Rozero Digital does not act on direct requests from foreign agencies. International cooperation flows through:
- EU Member States — European Investigation Order (EIO) under Directive 2014/41/EU, submitted to the competent Lithuanian authority (typically the Prosecutor General's Office).
- Non-EU states — a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) or diplomatic channel via the Lithuanian Prosecutor General's Office (prokuraturos.lt) or the Ministry of Justice (tm.lrv.lt).
The act executed by Rozero Digital is in all cases a Lithuanian court or prosecutor's order.
